The Foundation track is where AI stops being magic and starts being a tool you can reason about. You learn how large language models generate text, why they hallucinate, and what actually changes the quality of an answer - so you can debug your own results instead of blaming the model.

From there you build the two habits every other track depends on: writing prompts with structure, and giving models the right context. By the end you have a personal AI stack, a reusable prompt template, and a working sense of when to trust output and when to verify it.

  Before you build anything with AI, you need to understand what you're actually working with. This module covers how large language models work (in plain English), how the major models compare, and the key concepts - projects, skills, MCPs, direct connections - that will shape every decision you make going forward.

  Prompt Engineering That Actually Works

  Most PMs use AI like a search engine. This module rewires that. You'll learn systematic prompting techniques - chain-of-thought, few-shot, role framing, output structuring - with examples grounded in real growth work.
